This cafe's Setapak franchise is the place that triggered Fluffeh to persuade me to start this blog. ("Because we are damn picky. You choi arr?" Fluffeh said) Fluffeh is talking nonsense now, so I will just skip it. Sorry people.

 
Salted egg pasta with chicken pasta.
The pasta is quite dry, according to Syen, one of our friend, the flavor is not bold enough and lack of spices. On the other hand, the chicken can be said is the highlight of the dish even though it wasn't the main character of the dish. The meat is soft and tender and the portion is enough for her.

Carbonara.
Fish said the pasta is too dry and the bacon is too salty. If the pasta is served without the bacon, the dish would be bland. I would not recommend this dish if you are first time visiting the restaurant as you might feel like wasting your money. Spend wisely on something taste better.



Moonlight signature pasta.
I had requested the kitchen to pick out the rocket vegetables, but they have picked up all the vegetables including tomato. (●︿●) This can be said as the classic carbonara as it has a poached egg instead of raw egg with the pasta . The sauce is creamy and salty, but lack of flavors tbh, all it has is saltiness. I think that if they had give me my tomatoes it would taste better.


Baked black pepper rice.
The dish is recommended in menu. YAS IT IS TRULY NICE. The rice is really enriched with black pepper according to Fluffeh. Similar to the chicken in the dish "salted egg pasta with chicken pasta", the chicken is not bad, soft and tender. However, the broccoli served is not cooked. For Fluffeh, the cheese is too much.

Nevertheless, the dish is scrumptious and recommended. ┌( ಠ_ಠ)┘


As mentioned above, we have personally went to the cake house located in Setapak before. We have tasted their cakes and pastry and they are quite good. Hazelnut Chocolate cake is Fluffeh's favorite. The cake is not too sweet, and have rich and bitterly chocolate flavor. Shout out to all chocolate-lovers out there, you can give it a try.

All in all, their pastries and cakes are guaranteed nice while their main courses you could order those which have recommend sign on the menu. Courses without recommend sign can still be tried, just let's not do that on your first visit. Drinks is only nice for people who are not picky.
